I'm posting this up for the OCT that is over at :iconsanguine-oct: I have to still upload my intro and more info about my guy. It's not alot of info but you will learn more from the intro and the stories as I go. If you have any questions let me know. Finishing up the intro now. Hope I can get in....

Oh and I'm apart of the government. :)

Personality: He is a tough, quiet guy who always looks like he's mad. He just joined the Government. To prove he belonged he asked to be in the tournement. He fights mostly with his spells but is great at hand to hand combat. He uses his surroundings to his advantage and perfers a short fight. His powers are limited to the spells he knows and he has to resite te word in order for them to work. Is pretty fast and will never give up. He has a reason he wants to get in the government...

Well the fire is something he's not using yet. I didn't even show the symbol on the profile. I shouldn't have mentioned it probly. But earth is on both shoulders. So it's basicly his arms. and you know lightning and water is in his hands...

Yes. I kinda don't even have it on in the begaining anyway. So you don't have to show it. That's more of his chill mode cape.
